Research in Motion (RIM) will release its new tablet-named BlackBerry Playbook 4G, in the second quarter of 2011. The BlackBerry Playbook 4G is a seven-inch tablet runs the new BlackBerry Tablet OS and sports a TI OMAP 4430 processor 1 GHz dual core. BlackBerry Playbook offers dual camera, a 3 megapixel facing for video calling and a 5 megapixel in the back. Playbook also provides 64 GB of internal storage. Other features included in this tablet is a Bluetooth, WiFi, HDMI, MP3, AAC and WMA audio, etc.
The BlackBerry PlayBook 4G is running a new operating system, which is based on QNX Neutrino, a RIM product purchased earlier this year. RIM has not Announced the price of Playbook. Nevertheless, it is estimated that the price of the BlackBerry Playbook 4G will reach $ 500, which is relatively cheaper than other tablets.
