Having appeared in various car shows around the world, reported that Toyota will soon release Toyota Prius MPV to the Japanese market in April 2011.
As reported by paultan, Wednesday (09/03/2011) with the presence of Toyota Prius MPV , hybrid car lovers in Japan can add one more collection of environmentally friendly cars in his garage. Reportedly there will be 2 types of Toyota Prius MPV, the 5 seats Prius , and the 7 seats Prius.
In Japan, Toyota Prius MPV 5 seats sold for 2.35 million yen, or approximately IDR 251 million, while for the Toyota Prius MPV 7 seats, planned to sell about 3 million yen.
After Japan, the Toyota Prius 5 seats will begin to be marketed in the U.S. in the summer of 2011.

Toyota Prius MPV is equipped with 1797 cc 2ZR-FXE engine capacity, which combined with an electric motor and Nickel-metal hydride battery. The conventional engine can produce power up to 98 hp at 5.200 rpm, and 142 Nm of torque at 4.000 rpm.
The electric motors give off power by 80 hp with 207 Nm of torque. In an internal test of Toyota, Prius MPV can reach a distance of 17 km with 1 liter of gasoline.
Toyota Prius MPV has a length of 4615 mm, width 1775 mm and 1575 mm of high. Means about 160 mm longer, 90 mm higher and 30 mm wider.

Hopefully this model may be launched in the US market and a first choice of Toyota lovers. Through this post i can see a beautiful car which is flying on the roads.
